Every unit has its own kitchen with the basics covered: oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, plus cookware and utensils. Coffee and drinking water aren't provided — pick those up in town on the way in.
Fifteen minutes on foot, or about five by ATV. Playa Negra is the closest; Cocles, Punta Uva and Manzanillo run south from town along one flat coastal road.
Shared and unheated — it's there to cool off in after the beach. Towels aren't included.

Yes. Every studio, apartment, loft and penthouse has its own kitchen — the larger units have a full kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher.

The Loft is a shared space for guests to hang out in — it is not one of the units you book.
